Who we are

What data we collect
Only what you send us through the forms on the site: name, email, phone, how you prefer us to contact you, the details of your project or event (e.g. date and place) and your message. Along with these we keep the time it was sent, the page, where you came from (e.g. Google or Instagram), the country and, for spam protection, a code derived from your IP address that changes every day and does not identify you. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics tools that identify visitors.
Why we use it
To reply to your request and send you a proposal and our availability. The legal basis is the steps you ask for before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it or give it to third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
If we do not end up working together, up to 12 months from our last contact. If we do, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Who else processes it
To host the site and your messages, and to send email notifications, we use trusted providers who work only for us. YouTube videos load only when you press play. Some providers may process data outside the EU, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
Cookies and browser storage
The site does not set cookies. It only keeps one number for the page intro effect (“TAKE”) in the browser's temporary storage. The number is deleted when you close the tab and does not identify you.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to its processing or receive it as a file, by writing to info@vtsagarakis.gr. If you believe we are not complying with the law, you can file a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
